We’re not your typical wedding or event venue – and we mean that in the best way possible. Our blank-canvas warehouse space is here to help you throw the kind of event people talk about for years.
Moody velvet curtains. Polished concrete floors. A glowing neon wall with exclusive lounge seating. Night Owl Studio is where rebellious romance meets rock ’n’ roll energy — and every event gets to write its own rules.
Weddings, parties, engagements, hens, birthdays, kids parties, gigs, pop-ups, and everything in between — if it’s bold, we’re in. Bring in your favourite food trucks, private chefs or grazing feasts. Pair it with curated cocktails from our bar, full use of the space, a giant screen, and no one else around but your crew.

Venue Hire Fee for Night Owl Studio Includes:
· Exclusive use of the indoor space
· In house speakers with 1x wireless microphone
· Basic lighting (lighting set to your theme and is not interchangeable)
· LED screen with 1x visual looped , 1x static image or
connection to your personal device with HDMI cable
· Small selection of onsite furniture
· BYO Catering for food available (NB: No kitchen facilities are available)
· Post-event cleaning
· 2x toilets
· Air-con, heating, fans and outdoor heater
· Outdoor Laneway accessibility with feature lighting (restricted access from 5.30pm)
· Uplighting for your Photo Booth backdrops
Sip Sip Hooray Package - Drinks? Handled. Our badass bar crew serves up signature sips to match your vibe. No stress, just good times. *Minimum spend applies.

Lights, Sound & Screens Team - $500.00
Interchangeable event lighting and screen visuals
We bring the big sound, fun screens, and colourful lights that can change to match your vibe — perfect for DJs, bands, speeches or videos. Your event will look and sound amazing!
Venue hire with Night Owl Studio Bar staff and service
Venue Hire fee (BYO drinks option)
Bump out for BYO events MUST be on the night. Can organise for following day bump out at an additional $220.00 per hour.
