Located behind us at Night Owl Studio, in the heart of Morley at Beera, the team believe every celebration deserves an intimate function room that feels warm, memorable, and effortlessly stylish. Beera loves intimacy, which is why they’ve intentionally capped capacity at 40 to 60 guests.

Full air-conditioning to keep your guests comfortable year-round.
Ambient panel ceiling lighting to set the perfect mood.
An on-site lounge and couch seating setup complete with a coffee table.
1x Private toilet facility and a dedicated on-site bar area.
3 dedicated on-site parking bays right in front (plus plenty of free street parking on Rudloc Road and a nearby shopping center within easy walking distance ).

Affordable BYO-Serviced Bar Packages
Beera let’s you play bartender…. well, almost. Beera is a strictly BYO venue, meaning you get to save a fortune and curate your exact dream drinks menu while the Beera bar team handles the pouring and serving. However, for everyone's safety and a seamless flow, all beverages must be managed and served by Beera staff once the bar opens.
To keep things stress-free, every booking must include either the professional Bar Team or a Venue Host

The ultimate VIP treatment. Includes up to 6 hours of service, optional cocktail prep, ice tubs, beverage station styling, glassware management, and post-event glass cleanup.
Intimate Events (Up to 40 Guests): $550.00 (Includes 1x Staff)
Larger Parties (41+ Guests): $900.00 (Includes 2x Staff)
Need more time? Extra hours are available at $111.00/hr.
NB: Prices subject to change from 1st July in line with Aus Gov wage increases.

Only required if you aren't booking our bar staff. Heads up: your Venue Host is strictly there for venue safety, guest flow, and venue oversight. They are the ultimate chaperone, they do not pour drinks, collect glasses, or provide ice and glassware.
8-Hour Block: $550.00

Get the Night Owl Treatment: Chiara will send over custom venue details, pricing, and vendor options tailored perfectly to your aesthetic.
Book a Viewing: Schedule a time with Chiara to walk through the space together and map out your layout.
Lock in Your Date: Once you're ready to make it official, secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit paid through to Beera’s team. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the party kicks off.
